Similar to the approach taken by many food trucks, our operation functions based on a minimum sales arrangement. This arrangement ensures that regardless of how you choose to allocate costs among your guests, there is a predetermined minimum amount guaranteed for the event, even though the final figure might fluctuate. This framework aids us in orchestrating and managing events effectively while also ensuring that we receive fair compensation for our services.

The beauty of this minimum sales structure is that it alleviates the host from bearing the entire financial burden, and in some instances, there might even be no cost to the host at all!

SERVICES AND FEE STRUCTURE

Three Different Tab Options to Choose From:

Open Bar:

Guests order drinks off our menu. Host covers all costs. This is most common with private parties such as weddings, treating teachers or employee appreciation events.

Self-Serve:

All food/beverage is sold at guest expense. The host is only obligated to make up the difference if the minimum sale amount is not reached. This is the most common way of handling the tab for public events.

Mix:

On occasion, a host may wish to cover part of the cost of drinks up to a set amount. The expectation, then, is that the remaining sales will close the gap to the minimum sale amount. Many hosts that use this option provide their guests with vouchers that can be redeemed for a certain amount or a certain menu item. The host, however, is still responsible for the minimum sale if the amount is not reached.

Our Minimum Sales amount depends on the day of the week and time frame.
